CompuSports began as a publisher and direct marketer of the Easy-Scout line of football scouting software for the Apple II and original IBM Personal Computer in 1984. The Easy-Scout line of football scouting software evolved over the years, and now  includes two versions - one for scouting, Easy-Scout XP Plus, and a second for scouting and video editing, Easy-Scout Professional.

Easy-Scout products continue to be among the most affordable products of their kind. Designed and priced to be affordable to High School football programs and budgets of all sizes, Easy-Scout products deliver many, and in some cases more functionality than similar products that cost much more.

In addition to publishing software specifically for football, CompuSports publishes Sports Video Editing, Athletic Recruiting, and  Athletic Equipment Management software that can be configured to work with any sport, or multiple sports simultaneously.
